We wanted to entice potential buyers to come and test drive the 2018 Cadillac CT6. We needed to get ‘butts in seats’, so we invited customers to a special event, in a very special way - a custom-made CxBO chocolate egg that contained the invitation to the event. Once they RSVP’ed, we delivered them a CT6 with a Cadillac expert to help answer any of their questions on the vehicle. They then ‘test drove’ the vehicle to the dining event and kept it for 24-hours to really get a feel for the CT6. We ended up with a 40% redemption rate and a 20% purchase-rate on the program.
